Fill the ball with the amount of tea you want, leaving room for the leaves to expand, and immerse it in hot water at the temperature and for the time recommended on the tea packaging. When the tea is ready, lift the ball out and rest it on its stand. In a café the stand can be served with the cup, so guests can control the strength themselves.
Empty the leaves straight after use, rinse the ball and stand with hot water and leave them to dry.
