The Belogia MPT 150 is a classic, uncoated stainless steel milk jug, a simple and affordable option for any bar and for home use. At 590 ml it lets you texture milk for two drinks at once or for one large latte, which makes it one of the most useful sizes behind a busy bar. How to use it

Fill the jug with cold milk to roughly the base of the spout, leaving room for the foam to expand. Start with the steam wand tip just below the surface to draw in air, then lower it slightly to create a whirlpool. Stop at around 55–65 °C, tap the jug gently on the counter, swirl until glossy and pour straight away.

Care

Rinse the jug straight after each use so that milk residue does not dry on, then wash it with warm water and a mild detergent. Dry it thoroughly before storing.
