The Belogia 600ml shaker is made of stainless steel and comes with a strainer. It is a handy bar tool for cold coffee drinks such as shakerato, for iced teas and for cocktails. The 600ml capacity leaves room to shake the liquid together with plenty of ice.
Add ice and the ingredients of the drink to the shaker, for example freshly pulled espresso with sugar or syrup for a shakerato. Close it well and shake hard for a few seconds, until the outside feels cold and foam forms. Pour through the strainer into the glass.
Wash and dry the shaker and strainer straight after use so no sugar or milk residue is left.
