The Belogia CDGW 750 is a conical glass coffee dripper with a wooden base, for 1–2 cup pour-over. It is the size for personal filter coffee or single-serve brewing on the brew bar. Clear glass lets you watch the bloom and the flow, and with the wood it gives the counter an elegant look.
Preheat the brewer and rinse the filter with hot water. Weigh out coffee at a medium grind, start with a bloom of around 30 seconds and continue with slow, circular pours. A ratio of about 1:15–1:17 is a good starting point; from there, adjust grind and ratio to taste. For a single serving, start with around 15 g of coffee.
Rinse with hot water after each use and wash regularly with mild detergent and a soft sponge so coffee oils do not build up. Avoid sudden temperature changes on the glass and abrasive scourers. Wipe the wooden base with a damp cloth only and dry it.
