How to use it

Heat the water to just off the boil, typically around 92–96 °C for filter coffee. Hold the kettle steadily by the handle and pour in slow circles from the centre outwards, avoiding pouring directly onto the paper. The lower you hold the spout, the more gently the water lands on the coffee. With the thermometer you can wait until the water drops to the temperature you want before you begin.

Care

Empty the kettle after use and let it dry with the lid open. Descale the inside regularly with a suitable descaler, following the instructions on its pack. Using filtered water reduces scale. Do not submerge the thermometer when washing.
