The Belogia MP 110 is a stainless steel milk jug with a red teflon coating, made for professional bars and home use alike. At 350 ml it is the right size for a single cappuccino or flat white, for latte art practice and for home espresso machines. The bold colour makes it easy to spot on the counter, for example to keep jugs separate per barista or per type of milk.
Fill the jug with cold milk to roughly the base of the spout, leaving room for the foam to expand. Start with the steam wand tip just below the surface to draw in air, then lower it slightly to create a whirlpool. Stop at around 55–65 °C, tap the jug gently on the counter, swirl until glossy and pour straight away.
Rinse straight after use and wash by hand with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft sponge. Avoid scourers and abrasive cleaners, which can scratch the coating.
