Belogia MPT 140 350ml Inox Thick Black – Milk Jug

The Belogia MPT 140 Inox Thick is a black stainless steel milk jug with thick walls, for baristas who want a little more time to work the milk. At 350 ml it is the right size for a single cappuccino or flat white, for latte art practice and for home espresso machines. How to use it

Fill the jug with cold milk to roughly the base of the spout, leaving room for the foam to expand. Start with the steam wand tip just below the surface to draw in air, then lower it slightly to create a whirlpool. Stop at around 55–65 °C, tap the jug gently on the counter, swirl until glossy and pour straight away.

Care

Rinse straight after use and wash by hand with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft sponge. Avoid scourers and abrasive cleaners, which can scratch the black finish.
