How to use it

Choose a temperature, typically 92–96 °C for filter coffee, and let the kettle reach and hold it. Start the built-in timer with the bloom so you can track brew time without another device. Pour in slow, circular movements.

Care

Unplug the base and let the kettle cool before cleaning. Never immerse the base or body in water. Descale regularly with a suitable descaler, following the manufacturer's instructions.
