The third-generation Brewista Artisan Stainless Steel 1 litre kettle is an elegant, functional electric pour-over kettle made from durable food-grade stainless steel. Digital temperature selection from 40 to 100 °C and a real-time water temperature display give you precise control, while the special angled spout allows accurate flow control.
Fill the kettle, set it on the base and choose a temperature on the touch panel. For filter coffee, typically 92–96 °C, higher for lighter roasts and lower for green tea. The hold function keeps water ready for successive brews at the bar.
Unplug the base and let the kettle cool before cleaning. Never immerse the base or body in water. Descale regularly with a suitable descaler, following the manufacturer's instructions.
