Cafetto Inverso, 750 g, has a unique formula that removes dried milk residues from stainless steel surfaces and steam wands. Milk that dries on wands and jugs affects hygiene and the quality of the foam, so cleaning them is a daily task on any bar.
Follow the instructions on the pack and those of your machine manufacturer. During service, wipe the wand with a damp cloth and purge it after every milk you steam; that way Inverso is needed for residues that have already dried and for the periodic cleaning of jugs and surfaces.
