Chocolate with strawberry aroma, a fruity and refreshing feel, a creamy texture.

How to make it

• Hot: 45 g of chocolate in 200 ml of milk. Heat to 75 °C, stirring continuously, and serve.
• At the bar: heat with the steam wand of an espresso machine for a frothier, velvety texture.
• Iced: dissolve the powder in a little hot milk, then shake or blend with cold milk and ice.
