The Hario Tea Dripper Largo 800ml is a brewer for loose-leaf tea with an 800ml capacity. The leaves steep in the stainless steel filter and, once the tea is ready, the switch releases the brew into the serving vessel. 800ml is enough for several cups, for sharing with friends or for table service in a café.
Put the tea leaves in the filter and add hot water at the temperature recommended for that tea, following the steeping time on its packaging. When the time is up, place the dripper on the server or cup so the switch opens and the tea flows through. Warm the cup first so the tea holds its temperature for longer.
Empty the leaves straight after use and rinse the filter with hot water. Wash all parts with a mild detergent and leave them to dry.
