How to use it

Boil the water and let it rest for about a minute so it drops just below boiling before pouring onto the coffee. Hold the kettle steadily by the handle and pour in slow circles from the centre outwards, avoiding pouring directly onto the paper. The lower you hold the spout, the more gently the water lands on the coffee.

Care

Unplug the base and let the kettle cool before cleaning. Never immerse the base or body in water. Descale regularly with a suitable descaler, following the manufacturer's instructions.
