That’s why Sidamo varieties are often labeled as Mixed Heirloom — a cocktail of cultivars that remain unidentified. Due to Sidamo’s flavor diversity, it’s difficult to define a single, specific taste profile.
However, during cupping, we often detect notes of citrus, florals, and chocolate. It’s widely acknowledged among coffee experts that the true strength of Sidamo coffees lies in their flavor complexity.
